A pack of ten single use eye masks that are air activated making them perfect for travel or when a microwave is not available. Has loops that slip over the ears and keeps warm for ten minutes.

The Insta-Heat eye mask is a single use product ideal for occasional use or when travelling. They require no external heat source e.g. kettle or microwave.

When you are ready to use, simply remove from the sachet and thanks to its air activation, will start to warm, reaching optimum temperature in 2-3 minutes.

Loop over your ears and leave in place for around 10 minutes, then massage your eye lids as you would normally. Once the bag has returned to room temperature it can be disposed of in normal household waste.

Each pack contains TEN Insta-Heat eye masks.

Conditions which usually benefit from regular twice daily treatment are:

  • Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD)
  • Blepharitis
  • Dry eye syndrome
  • Styes
  • Eyelid cysts (Meibomian cysts know as chalazion, pronounced Ka-lazy-on)
  • Contact lens dry eye
  • Corneal laser dry eye
  • Seborrhoeic dermatitis
  • Rosacea

Symptoms which are relieved by treatment are:

Eyelid warming using the Insta-Heat eye mask is often used at the same time as artificial tears and dry eye gels and ointments. If you are a contact lens wearer you should discuss your situation with your contact lens practitioner who will advise you how best to use your eye mask.

    I bought these as I was going on holiday and not having access to a microwave while on holiday I wanted a product that was quick and easy to use and also did not take up vital luggage space.
