Eye Care Loose powder

Eye Care Cosmetics hypo-allergenic loose powder is ultra-micronised, non-occlusive, non-abrasive and guaranteed non-drying. Mattifies makeup and ensures lasting hold.

Apply generously to the whole face using a large powder brush, or in light touches using a powder puff, for a silky, matt finish.

The key to successful makeup starts with thoroughly cleansed, well moisturised skin. Wait 10 minutes between applying your moisturiser and making up, makeup will hold for much longer.
